The iPhone software update (2.2) is live this morning. It's a big one and still downloading for me. There's already tons of coverage online about it and what it includes. There's no "cut and paste," no flash and no voice dialing for the phone. It does have a bunch of email enhancements, other changes and fixes at the margins, including greater stability for the Safari browser, which sometimes freezes and crashes.
The big, splashy addition is Google StreetView, which was one of the high-profile features of Android when it launched. Google has also added its public transit information and the ability to share mail location with friends via email.
Here's more from the Google Mobile Blog.
